WOYWW 173

Good morning/afternoon/evening - well followers of our Wednesday jaunt around workdesks are all around the World! Can't belive we are half way through another week though the weather is definitely letting those in the UK know that summer has long gone! For those unfamiliar with the term WOYWW please visit the blog of our esteemed organiser Julia HERE who explains the concept/instructions far better than I could.

Like my head, my workspace is a confused mess at the mo' - looks ok on first inspection but scratch the surface and OMG too many ideas battling for space inside a confined area!

Various metal projects on the go - Son 1 actually expressed his enthusiasm for my metal pieces and would like more cards made this way! Who am I to refuse? Just as well I have a lot of metal tape:) Notice also a pile of goodies from Crafty-emblies who truly saved my bacon this week (see previous post).

And to prove I've been busy, a pile of altered cogs in my 'spray booth', my Sizzix diffusers (oh, so much more to come from these - that's partially why my head is spinning) and yes, those are Christmas stamps at the front! I'm gonna have to move out of denial soon!
OK, time to do the school run and return to visit my WOYWW buddies. Hugs, Buttons x

  10. Ah yes metal for boy cards - what a great idea. My son is 13 3/4yrs so a card is in order just before Chrtistmas for him. I'm glad you like my layouts, I don't seem to be able to do LOs like the magazines as I usually have far too many photos! Yes I have even more festivities from the Summer of 2012 to scrap, Olympic Torch the road race etc. Will I ever get to them? Thanks for stopping by BJ#42

  15. So cool seeing all those metal backgrounds lined up, and the cogs all ready to go... I haven't yet reached that stage of organisation. Tend to make things one at a time as I find the need for them - which I can see is not very efficient! Saving all my efficiency for fitting crafting in when I can, and then hoarding photos on my computer so that I can do surrogate crafting (otherwise known as blogging) while away! Thanks for visiting and all your lovely and supportive comments - wish Staffordshire was a little closer, would so love a playdate!

  22. Hi Buttons,
Your metal tags and panels are really interesting. I must pursue the metal tape thing which I gather can be bought from the hardware merchant.
Thanks for your thoughtful comments. I think that the process stuff is what makes WOYWW so interesting and quite different from other blog sharing.

  27. I love that metal embossing folder that you used (far right one) and must get it as I can see so many uses. Now I need to go to your previous post to see what you have been doing with those diffusers.
Am mega busy at the moment, spent too much time on the computer yesterday - now need to get my workshop put to bed.
Thanks for sharing and for stopping by my blog. Hugs, Neet x #5
