Good morning and welcome fellow WOYWWers. SO glad you are only catching a glimpse into my world via a cable today as it's a 'plaque house' at the moment - the lurgy seems to be hitting us all this half term. Now that is the perfect excuse for staying indoors crafting except that my mojo/head has gone very fuzzy. I spent a good portion of yesterday creating these leaves and now have to work out what to do with them! As you can see all the necessary supplies are poised for action...
And this is for you Morti (I've shown you mine, now you show me yours!!) I mentioned our woof recently and was asked to produce a piccie of her. Butter wouldn't melt! (NOT) We rescued her a year ago, underweight, untrained (in any way) and confused, and life has never been the same since:) She is now plenty heavy enough (just ask my feet when she sits on them) Kennel Club trained (when she remembers/bothers:) and totally at home except when the hoover comes out!
Right, time to visit the lives of my fellow WOYWWers. For those unfamiliar with this term we are a bunch of friendly crafters who meet up via the internet and share our workdesks/lives. If you fancy having a browse/joining in then please head over to Julia's Stamping Ground for the details. Hugs, Buttons x
Hello to gorgeous Morti and my first desk view of the week.
ReplyDeleteMy little fella left us a year ago next month, he was a beauty. I will send you a pic.
Have a great week and hope you are all on the mend. Hubby had it in this house so it was separate beds for us for a while.

Hope you are better really soon. Love those leaves, they look real.
ReplyDeleteThat is one really cute doggy.
Have a great week.

What a beautiful dog you have there. My Sorrel went to puppy class for 12 months and got a rosette and a certificate but then we dropped out because she wouldn't leave the other dogs alone - wanted to play all the time. Still she's got the basic commands, even if she doesn't always obey them.
ReplyDeleteStunning leaves, just like the real thing at the moment, am just back from walking the dog, kicking leaves as I go.
Had a look at your previous post and your tag is a stunner - back for a closer look later.
Thanks for visiting me earlier.
Happy WOYWW

Happy WOYWW. I love those leaves. I love anything to do with autumn. Gorgeous dog. One of my favourite breeds - but I cannot cope with the exercise/stimulation/grooming they need. Must keep you busy. Ali x #55
ReplyDeleteLike the stencil. I have one of those make and only just used in through my Cuttlebug the other day for the first time as was really surprised at how well it worked.
ReplyDeleteHope you all feel better soon. BJ#35
HI Buttons
ReplyDeleteThose leaves look amazing and what a tidy crafter you are.
As for the furry one, if he ever would like to leave home I would happily give him a cozy corner! I know, I know, you will not part with him.
Wishes
Lynne
I'm sat reading my WOYWW blogs on my sick bed this week but have my mask on so you don't catch anything. I'm enjoying reading what everyone is up to this week [it's better than reading magazines :-) ]. I'm leaving a copied comment so you know I've called by because my hands are too weak and shaky to keep typing out my comments this week.
ReplyDeleteBig hugs,
A x #93

Thought those leaves were real they are superb. Sorry you're not feeling good. Funny how these lurgys - (a word I've not heard for a long time) - seem to hit during the down time from school or work or both.

The leaves are gorgeous, very realistic but ever prettier! :) Your pup has a darling face, very nicely marked, and she looks like a sweetie. Did you catch the pictures of my Weenie Dawg when you were over on my blog? Thanks for the comment, by the way...I don't have a hostess trolley but I would love one! I usually just eat in the living room, watching tv, or with my son and then move to the craft cave with just my soda. Happy WOYWW to you, too! :)
ReplyDeleteDeeyll
Leaves look fabulous! I spy a tub of gold leaf? I am aching to get my hands into that.. Sweet pup! I expect a few pet pictures up next week! I will put up a picture of our spoiled fox hound, who has no manners, little training and sheds pounds of hair EVERY day! Thanks for coming my way Sandi #27
